Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) – LeadingCampings Webshop

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping basket.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and delivery charges

All prices are final prices and include statutory value added tax.
Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 7-10 working days.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The details are set out in the withdrawal policy.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We shall be fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

11. Online dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
